I am back with the new season!
Here in my studio where I put some of my new work on the tiles to dry in the sun before adding some more details to it. Fibre art pieces created with natural fibre (merino, soy, silk, cashmere)
Summer is here with its beautiful warm days. Starting today my commitment with this blog is to share with you a little more about my creative environment and how things are going with my art projects. Winter has been good to me! We were away for a few months. My new studio in La Penita was such a pleasure and inspiring. I tried to work on a piece of art pretty much everyday. This was one of my goals and it worked well! 
When I was not in my studio working, we would take off for new adventures driving away in the mountains or somewhere completely new to explore. We met many good and friendly people living in very authentic villages and discovered great places for traditional meals and fresh fruit juices. We spent hours walking around doing photography and enjoying walking the beaches early in the morning. We had a great time and would do it again…maybe next year in the same studio! Now that we are back at home in the Okanagan, I am feeling grateful and happy to start a new season sharing with you about my ideas and inspirations. Cheers!
